Donny Salazar

Founder and CEO

As MasonHub’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Donny is a seasoned entrepreneur and operations expert in the ecommerce world who has held leadership positions at several innovative retail brands – as COO of omnichannel sneaker marketplace Flight Club, SVP of Operations at jewelry brand Chloe+Isabel, and VP at Gilt Groupe. At Gilt, his team scaled the supply chain to support hyper-growth, where revenues grew from $10M to over $500M during his four-year tenure. Prior to founding MasonHub, Donny ran a successful retail consultancy, streamlining operations and scaling growth for emerging omnichannel brands. Early in his career, after earning his Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and his MBA at Stanford, he drove marketing initiatives at Revlon. Donny founded MasonHub with a mission to modernize fulfillment by making it as efficient and stress-free as possible, employing custom technology to optimize outdated processes and give brands full inventory visibility while providing hands-on fulfillment and highly-personalized customer service. A native of Northern California, Donny is based in MasonHub’s Los Angeles headquarters.

Patrick Ringston

SVP, Operations

Patrick’s operational experience spans 20 years in the logistics and DTC space, where he managed supply chain, distribution, transportation, fulfillment and CX for Purolator, Casper, Gilt Groupe and Blue Apron. At Gilt, he also oversaw the creation of its national distribution center network. At MasonHub, Patrick builds out leadership and teams across operational departments to stay ahead of growth and ensure continued capacity to scale for clients. Logistics comes naturally to Patrick, who began his career as an industrial engineer at UPS and holds degrees in finance and management from University of Delaware. A Brooklyn native, Patrick resides in New Jersey, and splits his time between MasonHub’s Pennsylvania and California facilities.

Melissa Oliver

Head of Sales and Account Management

Melissa is a seasoned sales leader in the start-up world who specializes in identifying revenue opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies. She previously founded and led the B2B division of Nordstrom’s personal styling service, Trunk Club. Prior to that, she led the Customer Success and Adoption teams at Welltok, scaling the teams and launching the CaféWell platform. As MasonHub’s Head of Sales and Account Management, Melissa oversees business development and nurtures high-touch relationships with MasonHub’s clients. Born in the Chicago area, Melissa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration and Business from Ball State University, where she played Division 1 Women’s Volleyball. She lives on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula.

Evelyn Lee

Head of People

Evelyn brings to MasonHub 11 years of people management experience at tech-focused companies including 3PL Central, Titan School Solutions and Cie Digital Labs. She specializes in building teams from scratch at early-stage companies. She was the first Head of HR at 3PL Central, spearheading all people functions including the creation of a diversity, equity and inclusion program alongside its leadership team. As MasonHub’s first Head of People, Evelyn and her team are continually on the lookout for top talent with the goal of optimizing each department. She is also responsible for implementing compliance policies and culture company-wide. Evelyn grew up in New York and California, graduated from UCLA and is based in MasonHub’s Los Angeles headquarters.
