Founder and CEO
As MasonHub’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Donny is a seasoned entrepreneur and operations expert in the ecommerce world who has held leadership positions at several innovative retail brands – as COO of omnichannel sneaker marketplace Flight Club, SVP of Operations at jewelry brand Chloe+Isabel, and VP at Gilt Groupe. At Gilt, his team scaled the supply chain to support hyper-growth, where revenues grew from $10M to over $500M during his four-year tenure. Prior to founding MasonHub, Donny ran a successful retail consultancy, streamlining operations and scaling growth for emerging omnichannel brands. Early in his career, after earning his Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and his MBA at Stanford, he drove marketing initiatives at Revlon. Donny founded MasonHub with a mission to modernize fulfillment by making it as efficient and stress-free as possible, employing custom technology to optimize outdated processes and give brands full inventory visibility while providing hands-on fulfillment and highly-personalized customer service. A native of Northern California, Donny is based in MasonHub’s Los Angeles headquarters.
