Donny Salazar

Founder and CEO

As MasonHub’s founder and CEO, Donny is a seasoned entrepreneur and operations expert in the ecommerce world. He previously held leadership positions in some of the most innovative retail brands—as COO of omnichannel sneaker marketplace Flight Club, SVP of Operations at jewelry brand Chloe+Isabel, and VP at Gilt Groupe. At Gilt his team scaled the supply chain to support hyper-growth, where revenues grew from $10M to over $500M during his four-year tenure. Donny also drove marketing initiatives at Revlon after earning his MBA at Stanford.

Christopher Hazlett


As MasonHub’s CTO, Christopher Hazlett is an experienced technology leader with more than 15 years of experience building high-performing teams and mission-critical systems. Chris was previously VP of Engineering at freight marketplace Transfix, where he tripled the tech team with the goal of reinventing the long haul truckload industry, and at LinkedIn, where he was responsible for the content ingestion and gateway platform. Prior to that, he was Senior Director of Back Office and International Engineering at Gilt Groupe, where he built teams and architected the communication and inventory management systems as well as international fulfillment from 2010 to 2015.
